When presenting information the first 30 second must grab the attention of the audience and engage their interest.
Here are a few ways to start it:

Body
This is the largest part of the speech. Make sure you put it in a logical order so it is easier to follow. Remember to use descriptive language.

How to Make Cue Cards
- Put the number in the top right corner
- Summaries each paragraph into 1-4 key words or phrases

Delivering a Speech
Make sure you have at least two other people read over your report.

When giving a speech stance, eye contact, and voice are the most important.

VoiceChange your volume to keep interest.
Show your emotions and your passion towards the subject. Give the audience time to think about what you have said by pausing. Remember to breath. Take your time! |
